Joy Summerlin-Glunt’s favorite medium is watercolor, even though she enjoys all mediums, photography and some crafts, like gold-leafing. Born in the Northeast, Joy has lived in North Carolina and Florida, but Myrtle Beach is her home, and where she decided several years ago to concentrate on becoming a better watercolor artist at the insistence of her good friend, Lady Shirley.
