Born in Belarus, contemporary artist and accomplished interior designer, Marina Hearle recently settled into her new gallery, Art By Marina, in the burgeoning arts community in downtown Conway. Using modern forms and unique textures, Marina is known for her ability to capture color through her innovative use of light and shape. While lyrically romantic, her paintings have enormous strength: the turbulent force of her canvases assault the eyes; they dazzle, they charm, they alarm, they hold you spellbound. She takes colors and bends them to her will; the colors dance or fight together at her command. Marina’s art works are collected around the world and have been displayed in galleries throughout Belarus, Russia and the United States. In April she will have her personal exhibit in the Icosahedron Gallery in the Tribeca area of New York.
