Leslie Speaks: Gratitude

This week, Leslie Moore talks about the November/Gratitude issue of Sasee. Our featured cover artist is Karen Payton, an artist from Newbury Park, California. Karen uses recycled fabric and embroidery to create her beautiful art. You’ll meet local actress, Jan Hartsell, and learn why she is so grateful for her life in Connie Barnard’s “Southern Snaps” interview. And, learn more about Myrtle Beach Haven, a local homeless shelter, in Leslie’s interview with Charlotte Hoffman, president of the shelter’s board of directors.
Sasee in the City events this week are the 27th Annual Dickens Christmas Show, the 13 – 16th of November at the MB Convention Center. And, the Cooper House is having it’s first annual arts and crafts show the 14 – 16th on old Hwy 544. The Long Bay Symphony Holiday Fashion show and luncheon will be held on the 15th at the Dunes Golf and Beach Club. For more events and info, visit the Sasee Scoop!
