A lifelong N.C. resident, Linda currently lives in Oak Island, N.C. After working in a plant in Concord, N.C. for years, she contracted a serious illness and was forced to retire. Four years ago, she bought her home on Oak Island and became active in the Oak Island Senior Center. It was there she learned about water-color painting and has been going strong ever since. She is a member of the Brunswick Arts Council, the Associated Artists of Southport and has won several awards for her art.
Currently, Linda is painting, creating greeting cards, pottery and jewelry. Her work is on display at the Oak Island Senior Center, Franklin Square Gallery and Sunset River Marketplace. For more information about Linda, call Sunset River Marketplace at 910-575-5999.
