South Carolina native Jane Woodward is an impressionistic oil painter. Her work is featured along the coast of South Carolina at Island Art Gallery in Pawleys Island, The Georgetown Art Gallery and The Hamlet on Broad Street in Charleston. Jane’s work has been featured in Brookgreen Gardens and, along with her fine art, she has painted wall murals, one of which may be viewed at Huntington Beach State Park in the Visitors’ Center.

Chiara Rizzo-Hansen was born and raised in Padova, Italy, and studied at Venice’s Academy of Art and Design. At the age of 17 she began painting and showing her work. The artist moved to Myrtle Beach in 1984 and was hired as an interior designer at Rose Arbor Fabrics in 1995. In 2002 she started CRH Interior Designs Inc., located inside Rose Arbor Fabrics.

Chiara’s work has been featured in Home Style Magazine, Carolina Business Journal, Myrtle Beach Herald and others. She was nominated Interior Designer of the Year by the Myrtle Beach Herald’s Reader’s Choice Awards in 2004-2005 and won Carolina Forest Chronicle’s Reader’s Choice Award in 2011. Key West native, Martha dePoo’s love of art began at an early age through the nurturing guidance of her artist mother. Since 1984 Martha has been a self-employed artist, and has participated in many juried shows winning multiple awards, including first place in the Florida Keys Watercolor Society’s Annual Juried Show in 2000 and 2005. Martha considers herself a lifelong student of art, and the focus of her work has been capturing the unique and fast disappearing flavor of old Key West and the neighboring keys. Recently Martha discovered another southern region of the country with a distinctive culture and charm; the Carolina Lowcountry. Her richly hued watercolors exude a warmth and vibrancy that reflects the joy and pace of life in the South.

Sascalia is a self taught mixed-media artist who was born and grew up in rural France. Influenced from an early age by her love of horses and the surrounding countryside, Sascalia was inspired by fairy tales she listened to as a child. At the age of eleven her family immigrated to England, and she began studying in school and learned to speak and write in English. After studying Art and Textiles, the artist married and had three children. Once her youngest child reached school age, Sascalia re-discovered her passion for art and began selling her artwork online. Her business quickly grew, and art became her full time occupation. Working from her home studio in semi-rural Southeast England, she creates her artwork using a variety of mediums. Her work is both rich in color and contemporary yet has a whimsical vintage feel, bringing magical dream-like visions to life. It’s pronounced Y-anne…not Wayne. Wyanne’s brother, who was in college when she was adopted, came up with it. His name is Wayne. Wyanne used not to like it so much…but later in life thought it was a pretty cool name for an artist. She creates art every day; painting and occasionally making jewelry. For over a decade, Wyanne has sold her work online to clients all over the world. She also teach online art classes, and has had art showcased online and in several publications. The artist currently resides in Fernandina Beach, Florida, but will be returning to Atlanta (her home for 18 years) in June of 2012. Jan Oliver is a self-taught artist who began painting in 2003. She divides her time painting between the mountains of Colorado and the deserts of Arizona. Jan’s unique style of painting is inspired by traditional Spanish Colonial folk art and the works of the Mexican Muralist movement. Early exposure to the beautiful stained glass windows in her grandmother’s church also contributed to Jan’s sense of color and the “stained glass” quality many collectors remark about in her works. Since 2003, her art has become internationally collected and gallery and museum exhibited. She is the mother of one son, Trevor, three cats (Mooker, Smellicus and Weasel Puffin) and one dog (Kylie). Sheryl Humphrey is a painter living and working in Staten Island, New York, but growing up she lived in both South Carolina and North Carolina, among other southern states. Her work has been exhibited extensively in New York and across the country. Paintings by Ms. Humphrey are included in many public, private, and corporate collections, including the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and the Williamsburg Art and Historical Center in Brooklyn.

Her paintings are representations of powerful forces that she senses within herself, in others and in the world around her. Pam is a Christian artist, humorist and owner of Pam Warden Art. She’s mom to three grown children, grandmother of six and has a special little Yorkie named Buddy. A resident of Naples, Florida, Laura DiNello was born in Chicago and is the single mother of four beautiful children. Her youngest child, her “special angel,” was born with Down’s syndrome and is a budding artist.

Best known for her work in cut canvas art, Laura has been featured on The Travel Channel and in some of the finer hotels in the country, including The Grand Bohemian in Orlando, Florida. For 20 years, Laura has created paintings for homes and restaurants all over the country and Europe. Currently, her work hangs in art galleries in Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia, and may be seen in Paula Deen’s book, Savannah Style.
