Pear Sour

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Pear Brandy
  • 2 oz Pear Liqueur
  • ¾ oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • Ice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a shaker, combine all ingredients and shake without ice for 30 seconds
  2. Add ice and shake for an additional 30 seconds
  3. Strain into a glass and serve
