Multiple installations throughout the sculpture garden feature a variety of techniques that light up the Gardens.  \n\n\n\nWalking through the heart of the sculpture garden\, be mesmerized by the magic of Brookgreen Gardens after dark. Experience the sound and lights in Oak Allee and Beyond the Garden Wall\, the exquisite Conway Glass display\, upcycled wine bottles hanging from the treetops\, our bee topiary\, and so much more. \n\n\n\nThe event begins June 5 and continues Wednesdays and Saturdays until Aug. 24. Various bands will perform live music each night throughout the summer.  \n\n\n\nThe Gardens will close for general admission at 5 p.m. Gates will reopen at 6:00 PM for Summer Light. A separate ticket is needed for the day and evening\, and a discount is available if you purchase both simultaneously.  \n\n\n\nA variety of food and beverage options will be available. \n\n\n\nAustin’s Harvest Restaurant will be open. Make Reservations here! You must purchase a ticket to Summer Light to dine at Austin’s in the evening. \n\n\n\nOld Kitchen will serve snacks and refreshments.

The SAL is made up of boys and men of all ages whose parents or grandparents served in the US military and became eligible for membership in The American Legion. Together\, members of The American Legion\, The American Legion Auxiliary and the Sons of The American Legion make up what is known as the Legion Family. All three organizations place high importance on preserving our American traditions and values\, improving the quality of life for our nation’s children\, caring for veterans and their families\, and perhaps most importantly\, teaching the fundamentals of good citizenship. \n\n\n\nSons of The American Legion exists to honor the service and sacrifice of Legionnaires. \n\n\n\nBy participating in this event\, you will join SAL members who have raised more than $9 million for The American Legion Child Welfare Foundation. SAL members have volunteered over 455\,000 hours at veterans hospitals and raised over $1\,600\,000 for VA hospitals and VA homes. \n\n\n\nThe SAL continues to provide services to those in need in the LOCAL communities\, through programs that include fundraising events such as this. \n\n\n\nThe sole purpose of this event is to help up continue providing support to our LOCAL children\, military veterans and their families. DESCRIPTION:The Georgetown Business Association is excited to announce that the Food\, Beer & Wine Festival will be returning this year on Saturday\, May 4th.   Make plans to join us  in Historic Georgetown\, SC as the best of the Hammock Coast will be on display from 11-6 PM in Maritime Park.    \n\n\n\nRestaurants from the area will be out in full force providing small plates of their best dishes along with competing for the “Best of” series for the second annual event.   There will be celebrity judges in for the day to recognize the eateries from up and down the coastline. \n\n\n\nLocal Craft Breweries and award winning wines will take over Maritime Park. This year will sport an expanded Beer Garden with an increased number of Craft Brew selections.  Next door\, check out a wine tasting area with Sommeliers on hand to discuss the selections offering a robust selection of red\, white and sparkling wines to choose from.    \n\n\n\nStroll down Front Street and visit with local artisans.   There will be additional space this year to showcase the best our talented community has to offer and look forward to embracing the wonderful craftsmanship everyone brings to the event.  A Kid’s Zone and musical talent  means you can look forward to entertainment throughout the day celebrating Georgetown.
