Easy Fresh Salsa—In a Pinch! (Pico de Gallo)

Ingredients

4 Medium Tomatoes, Chopped
1 Medium Sweet Onion, Diced Finely
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 Fresh Jalapeño, Seeded And Chopped
⅓ Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro 1 Tsp. Ground Cumin
Juice of 1 Lime Juice of ½ Lemon
Sea Salt and Black Pepper To Taste

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Remove one-third of the mixture and pulse to blend in a mini chopper or similar processor; do not emulsify completely. Add the pulsed mixture back to the remaining batch and refrigerate; use within three days.
