Who: <\/strong>Emma Grace Glover<\/a> is a young accomplished singer-songwriter whose musical journey began in 2017 when she joined Ellington Studios in Angier, North Carolina. By 2019, she had taken on the role of lead singer for South Shake, a traveling band that competed in the prestigious Battle of the Bands at the Tin Roof in Raleigh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A dedicated member of her community, Emma has been actively involved in her church, leading children\u2019s songs in Vacation Bible School, singing during Sunday services, and performing in the annual Christmas Cantata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2022, Emma auditioned for Got to Be NC<\/em><\/a>: NC Agricultural Star<\/em> and, after a successful audition, was invited to Nashville for a workshop at The Electric Jane with artist development agency, PCG<\/a>. During this experience, she performed an original song to critical acclaim and gained invaluable exposure, also making several appearances at Opry Mills Mall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2023 marked a significant step in Emma’s songwriting career, as she began collaborating with Nashville-based songwriter and producer Britton Cameron<\/a>. Together, they have written multiple original songs, with more to be released in the near future. Emma\u2019s single “Irreplaceable<\/a>” garnered attention when it was featured on 94.7FM’s <\/strong>Spotlight on Homegrown Carolina Country<\/em><\/strong>. The song went on to win the October Carolina Artist Showdown<\/strong>, securing Emma a place to compete for Entertainer of the Year at the 2024 Carolina Country Music Awards<\/strong>. Additionally, Emma received the  nomination for Songwriter of the Year,<\/strong> further solidifying her reputation as a rising talent in the country music scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What: <\/strong>When Britton Cameron and Emma Grace first started brainstorming the concept for “The Man of the Cloth,” they envisioned a slower, more melancholic track. But as the team began writing, something magical happened\u2014the song evolved. It found its own rhythm, and they quickly realized it was meant to be a feel-good, upbeat, and flirtatious anthem. You can hear that shift in both the melody and the lyrics, as “The Man of the Cloth” became a track that\u2019s all about fun energy and good vibes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
