Black Drum <\/strong>at Kingston Resorts has assembled a nice family-style menu starting with a well-curated Charcuterie Table Plate offering that includes imported and specialty cheese, rabbit sausage and dry-cured pork collar, house mustard, blueberry lavender preserves, assorted dried and fresh fruits, nuts, cornichons, and artisan flatbreads. The menu offers additional mouthwatering first course temptations. There are numerous sides\u2014Roasted Garden Parsnips & Carrots, Gruyere Thyme Gratin of Potato, and Saffron Butter Cauliflower Rice, among others. Main features include Southern Cured Ham, Carolina P&E Shrimp, and Broasted Beef Proven\u00e7al. I am in love with this menu! The venue is in the process of rebranding and transitioning away from the \u201cbrewery\u201d side of things and focusing more on culinary, and it shows!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

21 Main <\/strong>(In the Ballroom) is preparing a scrumptious buffet-style event with six different stations, including a breakfast station with traditional eggs, meats, fruits, and breakfast breads, along with a lunch station featuring Grilled Salmon With Spinach Orzo and Herb Butter and Shrimp & Grits. The carving station will offer Honey Glazed Ham, Roasted Carolina Turkey Breast, and Prime Rib with appropriately paired accompaniments. There are also stations for pasta, sushi, and dessert. I would like to try and make my way through each and every scrumptious station!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
