Dark Brown Sugar\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pat of Butter\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc c. Chopped Pecans\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd c. Fig Preserves\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Filling<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 (8 oz.) Blocks Cream Cheese, Softened&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp. Vanilla Extract&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. White Granulated Sugar&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 8 oz. Container of Thawed Cool Whip\u00ae&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Topping<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chocolate and Honey Drizzle&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fresh Strawberry Slices&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sliced Dried Turkish Figs, Optional&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"instructions\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For the shortcut crust, use a pre-made graham cracker crust. Combine a pat of butter with the brown sugar and warm in the microwave for 20 seconds; stir until smooth. Add the chopped pecans and the fig preserves; blend together by hand. Spread this mixture onto the ready-made pie crust and place in the refrigerator for at least an hour.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the filling, blend the softened cream cheese blocks with the granulated sugar, using a hand or stand mixer, until smooth. Add the vanilla, mix well, and then fold in the thawed Cool Whip\u00ae. Add the filling to the chilled crust and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the topping, melt \u00bd c. semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave for 45 seconds, stirring, and repeating at 10-second intervals until smooth. Add 3 Tb. honey and blend well.
