Tammie has lived throughout the country and has recently relocated to North Myrtle Beach from Nashville with her husband and Siberian Husky. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
She enjoys creating new recipes, walking the coastline, spending time on Hilton Head Island, the occasional round of golf, and traveling with her husband in their motorhome – exploring the country, restaurants, and vineyards! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
She brings industry experience as a former chef, restaurateur, and hotel owner, and she recently left her position as Director of Supply Chain<\/em> for a large foodservice procurement company, where she handled regional and national restaurant brands. She has founded and hosted many wine groups and is a regular patron at vineyards throughout the world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n She has written for trade magazines, newsletters, and websites and published a book of poetry.
