Tammie Hughes

Tammie has lived throughout the country and has recently relocated to North Myrtle Beach from Nashville with her husband and Siberian Husky. 

She enjoys creating new recipes, walking the coastline, spending time on Hilton Head Island, the occasional round of golf, and traveling with her husband in their motorhome – exploring the country, restaurants, and vineyards! 

She brings industry experience as a former chef, restaurateur, and hotel owner, and she recently left her position as Director of Supply Chain for a large foodservice procurement company, where she handled regional and national restaurant brands. She has founded and hosted many wine groups and is a regular patron at vineyards throughout the world. 

She has written for trade magazines, newsletters, and websites and published a book of poetry. She is happy to be back in a creative mode, blending her passions for food, wine, and writing.
