Cover Artist: Christine Vernon

Christine Vernon began her artistic journey at age three and sold her first painting at eight years old. She studied art throughout her school years in a suburb of Philadelphia, PA. She has a lifelong passion for not only acrylic painting but various mediums. She creates and sells her work at her home art studio in Murrells Inlet, SC. Beyond her art, Christine is the proprietor of Miss Chris’ Inlet Walking Tour: a ghost and history tour on the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk. She is also a published author of three books on local legends and lectured for Coastal Carolina University and Horry County Museum regarding the rich history and captivating folklore of the Carolina Coast.
