The Corpse Bride Reviver Cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

• 3/4 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc
• 3/4 oz Blood Orange Juice
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 drop of Rose Water
• 1 spritz of Absinthe
• Splash of Blood Orange Soda (optional)
• Agave and Dehydrated Rose Petals for rim
• Dehydrated Lime Wheel for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice,  blood orange juice, and a drop of rose water.
2. Add ice and shake well.
3. Prepare a stemless martini glass or coupe glass by coating the rim with agave and dipping it into dehydrated rose petals.
4. Spray the interior of the glass with absinthe.
5. Strain your cocktail into the prepared glass.
6. Top with a splash of blood orange soda for an extra fizz, if desired.
7. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
