Before pursuing art full-time, Cooney spent more than two decades practicing dentistry. What began as a creative outlet eventually evolved into a thriving art business, leading her to trade the dental chair for the easel. Today, she paints from her studio in Alpharetta, Georgia, where her work is collected throughout the United States and internationally.

Inspired by vintage resort glamour, and the colors of the coast, Kristin’s paintings are known for their cheerful color palettes and effortless elegance.
